CNN’s Internet expert Abbi Tatton reports on the Republican Party’s efforts to relaunch the GOP.com website, only to be met with site crashes and “404″ error messages.

“When you’re launching a new website that’s supposed to be inclusive for lots of people, you want it to actually be accessible to those people,” she says.
